La session a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par Lydia Boudlal (URHAJ Nouvelle-Aquitaine) et Hachem Benissa (Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organis\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme WOTO \u2013&nbsp;<em>Working Together Against Racism and Sexism<\/em>, coordonn\u00e9 par Co-action, le bootcamp a r\u00e9uni des jeunes et des travailleurs de jeunesse de France, Belgique, Espagne et Italie pour un programme intensif d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la lutte contre les discriminations, \u00e0 l&#8217;empowerment collectif et aux m\u00e9thodes cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;atelier UNDETERRED a offert aux participants l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;explorer la discrimination syst\u00e9mique \u00e0 travers des discussions interactives, des exemples concrets et des \u00e9changes participatifs. La session s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9e sur la fa\u00e7on dont les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9mergent dans les situations quotidiennes et les contextes institutionnels, souvent de mani\u00e8re non intentionnelle, et sur la fa\u00e7on dont ces m\u00e9canismes affectent les trajectoires de vie des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant un espace s\u00fbr et inclusif pour le dialogue et la r\u00e9flexion critique, l&rsquo;atelier a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sensibiliser \u00e0 la discrimination syst\u00e9mique et \u00e0 identifier des pistes d&rsquo;action collective, en accord avec les objectifs plus larges d&rsquo;UNDETERRED : rendre visibles et actionnables les formes invisibles de discrimination.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 26 janvier 2026, un atelier li\u00e9 au projet UNDETERRED s&rsquo;est tenu \u00e0 Bordeaux dans le cadre du Bootcamp europ\u00e9en WOTO \u2013&nbsp;Working Together Against Racism and Sexism.
